Our approach to food safety recognizes the connection between people and environment; therefore we work across the value-chain. From procuring fresh and seasonal ingredients from approved suppliers to adopting appropriate storage practices, cooking techniques involving the use of modern and state-of-the-art kitchen innovations to serving right portions, preventing food waste – we are working together for safe food and good health. With this objective in mind, we have been tirelessly working with Goa Medical College, since March 2019 catering to over 18,000+ patients, doctors, medical students, support staff and visitors.
